Everything we do at Team-Roe is guided by our faith which requires us to work to make our community stronger.  We work to elect public servants who desire to build a better future through the enactment of conservative forward looking public policy.  We help charitable non-profit organizations and associations get the resources they need to accomplish their laudable missions.  We assist companies to advance their goals to grow and create jobs for neighbors in our community.   Everything we do is focused on a better and brighter future for our friends, family, neighbors, and fellow citizens.

When a candidate, cause or company entrusts Team-Roe with helping them to achieve their goals, they should know they are adding a team that won’t back down, won’t lose focus, and will be at your side until the mission is accomplished.  We know no other way.

To us, trust, loyalty, commitment and teamwork aren’t just words, it’s who we are.  Those ideas are the foundation of our home, and our professional careers.  Life is a race, and we are in it to win.  At Team-Roe it is our belief that victory doesn’t come at any cost, but comes with honor, dignity, and truth.  If you share those values let’s talk about how we can help you move your cause forward.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”
Philippians 2:3

I was born with the heart of an advocate. As a child, I was always standing up for the little guy, the person that needed the most help, the one in the crowd whose voice needed to be heard. I know that those skills brought me to where I am today and have led me down a path that is far better than anything I could have ever imagined.

Who would have believed that a kid from a blue-collar Detroit family would spend nearly 13 years on Capitol Hill as Chief of Staff for one of Michigan’s leading Republican members of Congress?  Not sure I would have believed it, but that’s where God’s path took me.
